Sheetal Ranka has been at the helm of RSK IT Solutions since 2013. Under her leadership, the firm has grown and continues to delight and satisfy the needs of our client base. Before Sheetal took over the ownership of Infinity, she had her finger on the IT industry pulse and had successfully identified and capitalized on various opportunities in the technology sector. Running Infinity Tech Group became an avenue to provide better services in the consulting and project management fields. Sheetal advises the technology division of the firm. She has a Masters in Economics and International Business Management from Loyola College, Chennai.
Head of Business Operations
Kumar heads the staffing and business development team at RSK IT. He has been an integral part of improving our market position and architecting the crucial steps towards financial growth and progress. He leads and directs the staffing team, business development team, and new managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for our organization. As a Business Development Manager, his major role is to prospect for new clients by networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients and build rapport with new clients; he additionally sets targets and provides complete support to the sales staff. As a BDM, he ensures that each individual who works with him represents the company in the best light. He is additionally responsible for forecasting sales targets and ensuring they are met by the team. Kumar is a Finance Graduate from Wilmington University, USA. He loves interacting with new people and enjoys traveling and loves nature.
As the head of business operations at a fast pace leading firm, Kumar seems to have found his niche. Under that designation, he is responsible for client/business acquisition, client satisfaction, optimizing front and back office teams across locations in the US, UK, and India.
Abhishek joined RSK IT SOLUTIONS, with a view to working in partnership with both clients and candidates in an industry he understands extremely well. He has been an enthusiastic and energetic part of the RSK team since the time of its inception and has been integral to our growth and success.
He has been working in the US HR market for nearly 12 years, gaining experience, that, combined with a seasoned, comprehensive consulting approach, has resulted in him being recognized as a leader in his market. He now brings his efficient and reliable recruitment standards to give the best to our valued clients here at RSK IT. Abhishek heads the recruitment and sales functions at RSK IT Solutions and prides himself on offering honest service and thinks outside of the box to get the job done. Working closely with every consultant, he ensures we have maximum exposure in the recruiting and sales market. He has the mandate to help develop the company's staffing division offering an international level of service. He is passionate about applying a thorough approach to finding the right fit to match our client's hiring needs.
